I have worked with Linda for several years now, on various items for Watertown Savings Bank. She is now my go-to vendor for our volunteer/employee gifts; for customer/branded items; and for special occasion needs.
Examples of branded items include: winter gloves; blankets, towels, tumblers, smart wallets, and cocktail napkins. Because of how pleased I have been with my relationship with Linda, several other colleagues now work with her too.
The quality and presentation of the item is always impeccable. Linda always thinks of those small details (like the branded gift bag and branded tissue paper for the winter gloves), that I may not have thought about, or given the appropriate time and effort. She just took care of it all for me, making my job easy.
Linda is extremely responsive, thorough, and cares deeply about the experience of working together. She is a very professional, trustworthy, and conscientious vendor. In this unique time of Covid-19, she has had to shift a lot of focus to PPE items, and she was very efficient in her response to me with regard to samples, cost, etc. We are currently looking at branded masks with Linda.
