Linda is an experienced brand marketer with a very different approach then most in the promotional products industry. Since 2004, she, like most people in the industry, had been selling promotional products. But when she realized that pushing catalogues, selling the ‘trendy’ item and giving the best price were NOT the key factors in elevating her client’s brand and meeting their marketing goals, she knew it was time to differentiate.  Linda wanted to provide strategic & targeted marketing campaigns that would help DIFFERENTIATE her clients from their competition and give them the BEST RETURN ON THEIR INVESTMENT.


Another words, Linda no longer wanted to be an ‘order taker’ but wanted to be a ‘strategic solution provider.’

In 2010, Innovative Promotional Concepts was established with the goal of becoming a strategic marketing partner delivering measured results.  With her business and management skills, along with the resources and collective experience of Innovative Promotional Concept’s team of professionals, she quickly began to provide her clients with many benefits that other promotional marketing companies don’t offer.

Linda has two Masters Degrees and Certifications in the health field - Speech Pathology and Audiology, and was the director of a clinic for several years overseeing the development and implentation of clinical programs, employees and writing grants.  

Once Linda ventured into the business world, she was in Operations and Business Development for over a 20 year span. Then Linda combined her interest in Health and Business as the Founder/President of a Non-Profit Organization called the Cardiac Arrest Survivor Network.  This organization provided support to cardiac arrest survivors, their families, and the medical professionals trying to help these survivors at a time when Public Access Defribillation was just starting to save lives of people experiencing cardiac arrests.

Linda brings to the table many years of experience in management, operations and program development in the health, education and business fields giving her an understanding and capability of how to reach for, and create success.

 

 

 

Jonathan Seder
 
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

 Jonathan joined our team in the 4th quarter of 2021.   With eight years of experience as a Retail Liquidator, operationally managing the processing, merchandising and sales of assets, he brings strength in understanding the value of ‘relationships’, the need to focus on ‘details’, and the importance of providing ‘solutions’!  Jonathan will interface with our clients and suppliers ensuring the smooth transition from beginning to end of each marketing initiative.  Jonathan can be reached at Jonathan@ipcpromos.com

 

 

 


 

Gary Goodhart, CAS
Business Development Director

 Gary Goodhart, CAS is our Director of Business Development.  He joined Innovative Promotional Concepts in July 2017. His tenure in the industry spans over 15+ years, working on both the supplier and distributor sides of the promotional product and marketing industry.  Gary assists in developing a business model that will further strengthen our Vertical Markets, our presence in the industry, and achieve our goals.  His knowledge of the innerworkings of suppliers is an asset to  Innovative Promotional Concepts, getting the most out of suppliers and therefore benefiting our clients. Gary graduated from Roger Williams University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Management
and Marketing.

 

  

Catherine Kruse
 Global Sourcing Solutions

Catherine Kruse is our Global Sourcing Solutions expert, with 25 years of import and product development experience in the promotional products industry.  She provides support with creative ideation, while pursuing the best price and product quality from reputable vendors overseas.  Additionally, she works with factories to manage all facets of the order process through to delivery, and ensures social and safety compliance standards are met.

Nicki Staats
 Director of Merchandising

Nicki Staats, our Director of Merchandising, brings 21 years of expertise in product sourcing, merchandising, and vendor management within the promotional products industry. She plays a key role in strategically selecting top vendor partners, evaluating pricing strategies, product diversity, service quality, and social and product compliance. Nicki also negotiates special offers, develops educational opportunities, and collaborates with our marketing team to merchandise a variety of impactful marketing tools.

Laura High
 Vice President of Marketing

With more than 25 years of marketing experience in the promotional products industry including Koozie Group, formerly BIC Graphic North America, Laura leads our marketing team, and overall marketing strategy, including multi-touch digital campaigns and related tools. She provides oversight and guidance for the execution of a consistent brand strategy that communicates our value proposition for internal and external stakeholders. Laura has an extensive background in digital and print marketing campaigns, website and eCommerce implementations, public relations, and communications.
