is proud to announce that we have been chosen as a
2021 PPAI Pryamid Award Finalist!
This prestigious recognition is possible because we decided
TO TAKE A RISK and DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
Our client, SB360 Capital Partners, A Schottenstein Affiliate,
requested a Tombstone Award for a liquidation deal that had been completed.
It would have been easy to create the typical 5 x 7 rectangular tombstone, but we recognized
the opportunity to think outside the box and creatively represent the
success of the project that had exceeded all goals and expectations.
Fortunately, the client was open to the possibilities and we took a chance!
The design of the Tombstone had to represent the 'shopping experience' that resulted in a
$160 Million Liquidation
while carefully maintaining the integrity of the two brands involved,
The National Retail Chain - Charlotte Russe and our client - SB360 Capital Partners.
We started with various mock-ups as shown on the left, and proceeded to a proofing stage as shown on the right.
We recognize that we are only as 'strong as the weakest link' and that without the
collaboration and support of our strategic partners, our vision would not have come to fruition.
The final Tombstone was presented to our client and to their recipients at a Clam Bake by the ocean.
They were thrilled, and we are proud!
